Accommodation for the QuantumWay Tromsø 2026 Conference is available at a special rate of 200 USD per day.

We are happy to assist with special requests, group bookings, or detailed information on local hotels and amenities.

Cancellation or request for changes to conference registration must be made in writing to .
Cancellations received on or before 90 days to conference are entitled to a refund minus a 50% registration fee.
Cancellations received on or before one month to conference will be refunded, less a 75% registration fee.
No refunds will be given within month of Conference.
If biotechevent.com postpone or cancelled any Conference, then 100% refund will provide to registrants.
Refunds will be processed four to six weeks after the conference.
Registrations are transferable to other persons from the same Conference. There will be a $20 fee to switch registrations (substitute one attendee for another).
There are no refunds for group registrations, only substitutions.
The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.
Regarding refunds, all bank charges will be for the registrants account.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Transportation and parking are registrant’s responsibility.
Letter of Invitations will be provided to the registrants on request.
All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa or to attend conferences Visa as soon as possible due to increased security measures.
Note: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy.

QuantumWay may use your photo and your organisation logo in display of profile on our editorial or scientific committee pages of our website (with your contest only).
QuantumWay will build a photo, quote, and video library of the QauntumWay Conferences & Expos. As a participant in this event, you may be photographed in group shots or Individual shots.
QuantumWay has the right to use group images in photographs, videos and electronic reproduction.
